Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call (species, breed, coat type, weight, age, matting level and areas, weeks since the last groom, last groom date, brushing per week, skin signs you noticed, temperament, service, venue type, city cost tier, add-ons, tip percent, grooming style, swims or muddy flag, months to plan, groomer quotes you type in: groomer names, prices, what is included, matting fee, dryer type, hours kept, one-on-one, vaccine and certification flags, cat experience, rating, review count, next opening and mobile flag, how soon you need the groom, haircut preferences, your first name, your pet's name, vaccination flag, preferred times, requests, extra questions and an optional phone number) and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). We never ask for a street address or GPS location. No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs (no tool inputs) are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We do not send anything to groomers, salons, veterinarians, booking platforms or lead networks. We disclose data only if required by law.
You choose what to send; names and phone numbers are optional. Request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question privately at support@magicteams.ai. We respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed to children under 13.
